Orders are generally delivered in Italy within 24–48 hours of dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen courier delays, special locations, islands, remote areas or delivery points requiring special handling.

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to decide whether to keep or return it. You do not need to provide a reason: your right of withdrawal is guaranteed by current European legislation.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received: it must not have been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and operation, and it must include all accessories, any seals, the original packaging and proof of purchase.
