Refund policy
At ReBoxLab, we work every day to offer reliable, tested products described with maximum transparency. However, we understand that, even with all possible care, an item may not be what you expected or you may simply wish to return it for any reason. For this reason, we have created a clear and simple returns policy, truly designed with the customer in mind.
Your right of withdrawal within 14 days
Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to decide whether to keep it or return it. You do not need to provide any reason: the right of withdrawal is guaranteed by current European regulations, and we fully respect it.
To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means it must not have been used, worn, modified, or opened in any way that is not necessary to verify its nature and functioning. Items must be complete with their accessories, any seals, the original packaging, and everything that was present at the time of delivery. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

How to ship your return
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with all the instructions needed to proceed. You may ship the product using a courier of your choice and the shipping method you prefer. Please note that, in the case of a voluntary withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Items sent without a return request approved in advance cannot be accepted. We therefore always invite you to contact us before shipping the item back, so we can make sure everything is handled in the simplest and most correct way possible.
When something goes wrong: damaged or non-compliant products
Despite our careful checks, it may happen that a product has an undeclared defect or arrives with an unexpected issue. In these cases, we ask you to inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 48 hours if:
- the item has a defect or malfunction that was not indicated;
- the item does not match the description;
- components listed in the product page are missing;
- the product was damaged during transport.
What is not considered a defect or non-conformity
The products sold by ReBoxLab may include used, refurbished, open-box items or products from special stock. For this reason, any signs compatible with normal use of the product or clearly visible in the photographs and description do not constitute a lack of conformity.
The following are therefore not considered defects or valid grounds for complaint:
- minor cosmetic signs compatible with normal use of the product;
- micro-scratches, light abrasions or superficial imperfections;
- minor variations in color, shade or finish due to lighting, screens or production differences;
- marks already clearly visible in the photographs shown in the listing;
- cosmetic defects expressly indicated in the product description;
- normal wear compatible with the category of the item;
- original packaging with imperfections, labels, stickers, dents or warehouse marks;
- minor differences that do not affect the proper functioning of the product;
- reduced battery life to an extent compatible with a used or refurbished product, unless otherwise stated;
- noises, vibrations or behaviors falling within the product’s normal tolerances;
- software updates, incompatibilities or limitations depending on applications, operating systems or third-party services not controlled by ReBoxLab.
Any complaints relating to characteristics already described, shown in the images, or compatible with the normal condition of the product cannot be considered lack of conformity.
Every assistance, return or complaint request is subject to technical verification before approval of the refund or replacement.
We may ask you for some photos or a short video in order to quickly understand the issue and resolve it as efficiently as possible.
When the defect or lack of conformity is confirmed, we proceed with a completely free return, which includes:
– shipping label at our expense;
– full refund;
– or, if available, replacement of the item, considering that many products are unique pieces.
Our goal is always to protect you, especially when it comes to undeclared issues.
Products not covered by the right of withdrawal
Some types of items cannot be returned due to legal obligations or for hygiene and safety reasons. If a product falls into one of these categories, we always clearly indicate this on the product page. We want to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
How the refund is processed
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will inspect it to verify its condition. When the check is complete, you will receive a notification confirming whether the refund has been approved or not.
If everything is in order, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return. The time required for the credit to appear may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
