Shipping policy

At ReBoxLab, we work every day to provide a shipping service that is transparent, reliable, and consistent with the quality we want to guarantee to our customers. Each order is handled with care: we carefully check the condition of the product, prepare it with attention, and package it securely to ensure fast delivery without unexpected issues.
Order preparation generally requires 24–48 business hours from the moment we receive the order; processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, weekends, or particularly busy periods.

For deliveries we collaborate with reliable couriers such as Poste Italiane (via the Poste Delivery Business service), UPS, FedEx, and TNT, allowing us to ensure broad coverage and a good balance between efficiency, safety, and speed. The choice of courier may vary depending on the type of product, destination, and service availability in the delivery area.

Regarding shipping costs, we have chosen a simple structure designed to be clear before order confirmation.
Within Italy, shipping is free for all orders equal to or above €59.99. For lower amounts, the cost is calculated automatically at checkout: €5.00 for standard zones and €6.99 for islands or areas considered special or remote.

For shipments within Europe, delivery is free for orders equal to or above €149.99. Below this threshold, shipping is paid and starts from €14.99, varying depending on the destination country.

Any special or hard-to-reach areas are automatically identified by the system according to courier criteria, such as specific postal codes or remote zones. In all cases, the correct amount is always calculated and displayed transparently in the cart before order confirmation, allowing you to purchase with full awareness.

Once the package is handed over to the courier, delivery times depend on the service used.
In general, Poste Italiane delivers within up to 4 business days for the standard service and 1–2 business days for express service. UPS typically requires 1–3 business days depending on the shipping option selected. Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather conditions, high-demand periods, or possible storage delays.

Delivery may take place directly at the indicated address, at a Post Office, PuntoPoste location, or locker when available. Thanks to the couriers’ automated systems, the recipient can modify the delivery day or location, request pickup at a designated point, or choose delivery to a neighbor — all managed through notifications sent by the courier.

If the recipient is absent, the package may be stored at a pickup point. Each courier has its own maximum storage period: if the package is not collected within the established time, it is automatically returned to ReBoxLab. It is important to note that when non-delivery results from repeated absence, failure to collect, incorrect or incomplete address, or unjustified refusal of the package, the return costs and any new shipping costs are charged to the customer, in accordance with the courier’s operating conditions.

We will always send you a tracking link so you can monitor your package in real time, view the estimated arrival time, and receive updates or changes.

It is essential to provide a correct and complete address, including street number and an active phone contact. When information is unclear, not locatable, or contains errors, the courier may open a storage procedure or return the shipment to the sender; in such cases, additional costs are charged to the recipient as established by the carrier.

ReBoxLab is responsible for the shipment until physical delivery to the customer, in compliance with applicable European regulations. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to couriers, complications caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or packages not collected within the required time.

When necessary, ReBoxLab also ships internationally. In such cases, timing and costs depend on the destination country, selected service type, and any customs duties or procedures. For international shipments, we always recommend contacting us before purchase so we can verify costs and delivery times.
